Q. How do I place my order?

A.  Click on the product you want to buy.

Click on “Add To Cart” option.

You can add multiple product on the cart by opening different product and add it to the cart.

After that click “Cart” on the menu bar.

Scroll down and click “Proceed to checkout”.

Fill all the billing detail and check Order detail (including total cost).

Click on the “Order place” button below the form.

Hence, you order is placed and you will get a confirmation email of your order detail.

You can receive your order in Cash On Delivery(COD) method.

Q. How do I cancel an order

A. To cancel your order Login in to your account. For the guest users they can call our helpline during office hours to cancel their orders. You can also cancel order during the final confirmation call.

Q. How to order an out of stock product?

A. You can pre-order any product that is out of stock by contacting us through call or massage.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 7-day return policy on all tech products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.

To return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

How to Return a Product

To return a product, please follow these steps:

Pack the product securely and return it to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used to purchase the product. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your account. If you paid with Bank or any other local payment methods in pakistan, the refund will be sent to your account.
